Introducing Kelly Jeng
Kelly is an endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist. She completed a Masters of Clinical Neuropsychology from Macquarie University as well as a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney. She holds a permanent appointment within the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network in a specialist diagnostic and assessment unit.
Kelly has over 10 years clinical experience in neuropsychological assessment. She has published research in peer-reviewed journals, and presents at professional workshops to audiences consisting of paediatricians, psychiatrists, psychologists and other allied health professionals on neurodevelopmental assessment. She is on the Clinical Advisory Group for the revision of the Australian FASD diagnostic guide and sits on the steering group of FASDAR, the FASD Australian Registry. Kelly recently co-authored an article with Prof Elizabeth Elliott published in The Australian Doctor magazine.
Kelly’s expertise in assessment includes intellectual disability, global developmental delay, learning disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder and fetal alcohol spectrum disorder. For many years, she has worked closely with leaders in the field of autism, developmental assessment and FASD, learning from their decades of wisdom and experience.
She is passionate about helping children realise their potential both in terms of their learning as well as their social-emotional development.
